Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC d/b/a Kingdom CEO Leadership ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the getlocalmomentum.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and the Local Momentum web design and system building services ("Services").

By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services and Scope

Local Momentum provides done-for-you web design, copywriting, and GoHighLevel (GHL) system implementation services. The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables are defined by the tier you select at checkout (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3). Any additional features, pages, or systems requested outside the scope of your selected tier will require a separate agreement and additional fees.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of checkout unless a specific payment plan has been explicitly offered and agreed to in writing. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, done-for-you nature of the Local Momentum service, we enforce a strict refund policy:

• No refunds are issued after the intake form has been submitted. Once your intake form is received, our team immediately begins reviewing your information, allocating resources, and initiating the build process.
• If you change your mind after submitting the intake form but before the completion of your onboarding call, your funds cannot be refunded, but may be applied as a credit toward any other Kingdom CEO Leadership (KCL) services, subject to approval by Caitlin Harris or a designated company representative.
• If you request a cancellation before the intake form is submitted, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion, less any payment processing fees incurred.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all logos, images, text, and other materials you provide to us for use on your website.

The Final Product: Upon final payment and completion of the project, you own the VoiceMark™ Identity Profile and the final text and design of the website we build for you. There is no proprietary platform lock-in. You are free to move your site content to another platform at any time.

Hosting and GHL: Your site is built and hosted on our GoHighLevel (GHL) agency infrastructure. Hosting remains with us as long as you maintain an active maintenance plan. If you choose to move to your own independent GHL account, you agree to use our affiliate link to create that account.

6. Client Responsibilities

Our ability to deliver your site within the stated 3-to-7 business day timeline depends entirely on your timely cooperation. You agree to:

• Complete the intake form and VoiceMark™ assessment (if applicable) prior to your onboarding call.
• Attend the scheduled onboarding call.
• Provide any requested assets (logos, photos, credentials) promptly.
• Review the preview site and provide consolidated feedback within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may result in project delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to respond.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
